Cancellation & Rescheduling

Overview

We keep scheduling simple and fair. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your start time at no charge using the link in your confirmation email. For cancellations, refunds are available up to 24 hours before your start time; however, card processing fees are not refundable because payment processors do not return them to us on refunds.

Rescheduling

• Up to 24 hours before start time: free reschedule.
• Inside 24 hours: treated as a late change and charged as a full session.

Cancellation

• Up to 24 hours before start time: refund of the session fee minus non-refundable card processing fees retained by the payment processor.
• Inside 24 hours or no-show: 100% fee.

Running late

If you arrive late, we will do our best to honor the remaining time, but sessions end at the scheduled time. The full fee may still apply.

Instructor changes

If we need to reschedule or cancel, you can accept the new time or receive a prompt refund of any prepayment (full session amount including any processing fees you paid).

Illness, weather, emergencies

Please tell us. We may waive fees case-by-case at our discretion.

How to reschedule

1. Open your confirmation email and click “Change/Cancel Appointment.”
2. Choose a new time or cancel if necessary.
